Questions procurement asks

[01]How long does implementation take?

2–3 weeks. Week one connects your carrier feeds and backfills 90 days of history. Week two tunes lane tolerances against that history so day-one alerts aren't noise. Most teams triage their first live exception before the second weekly check-in.

[02]What data do you need from us?

Carrier credentials or an EDI 214/990 feed. Either works. No WMS or ERP integration is required to start; SAP and NetSuite connectors are additive, not prerequisites.

[03]How do you handle security?

SOC 2 Type II, audited annually. The subprocessor list is published and updated with 30 days' notice. Currently cloud hosting, error monitoring, and transactional email, nothing that touches shipment contents. DPA on request; SSO/SAML ships on Operations and up.

[04]What are the contract terms?

Annual, billed monthly or annually (annual takes two months off). There's a 30-day out clause inside the first 90 days: if it isn't working, you leave with your data and the remainder refunded.

[05]What happens if we exceed our shipment volume?

Nothing stops mid-month. You get an alert at 80% of plan volume, and overage bills at $40 per additional 1,000 shipments on the next invoice. Two consecutive overage months and we'll suggest the next tier, which is usually cheaper.

[06]Who owns our data?

You do, unambiguously. Export everything anytime as CSV or Parquet; Network adds direct SQL access to your own workspace. On termination, data is exportable for 30 days and then deleted, with written confirmation.
